Approaching this 5th birthday anniversary has admittedly been hard for me. I miss Curtis just as much today as the moment he passed into Heaven.
The kids 5th birthday has always been a "big" birthday for our home and fun to celebrate...
For JJ's 5th on December 2007 we had a monkey themed birthday party and lots of friends to play with.
And Kayla's 5th birthday August 2009 we of course had a princess themed celebration with lots of royalty :)
However it brings me peace and joy to know that no birthday celebration here can match the wonder and awe of the eternal celebration Curtis is experiencing in Heaven!
And God blessed us with Joshua whose 5th birthday will be next year and for that we are so very grateful.
